You know how we roll. We we see something we like, we don't hesitate. Some call it a curse, but it's the only way we know how to operate. That's why when we spotted this delightful Omega Seamaster Co-Axial, we wasted no time in getting her (reference) number and taking her back to the office for closer inspection.
What we found is an excellent modern watch in a svelte stainless package that has us contently ruminating that 36mm is all we really need (in a watch) to be satisfied. But that's not all, the Reference 2504 features one of the most important 20th-centruy movement technologies: the Co-Axial escapement.
This revolutionary escapement eliminates nearly all the friction between the escape wheel and the pallets - a trouble spot for any mechanical watch. What does this mean? It means a longer movement lifetime and increased precision. And with classic Omega styling, including a handset that drips with Seamaster lineage, and a gorgeously understated blue sunburst dial, this little gem is sure to feel right at home on any wrist, in any collection.
Stainless Steel case is approximately 36mm (excluding crown). Omega Reference 2504. Circa 2010s.
Overall Condition: The watch is in as-new condition with virtually no wear marks of any kind. Original blue dial is in pristine condition. Signed crown and display back. Includes original box and operating manual.
Includes original Omega bracelet with hidden deployant clasp. Ref. 1575/899
