Every man needs a versatile everyday watch in his quiver; one that can be dressed up or down, works like a charm, and gives you all the information you could ever want with a quick glance at the wrist. Of course vintage is always a good way to go...particularly when they look like this!
The Omega Seamaster line is about as diverse as one can imagine, with petite, ultra-thin gold dress pieces on one end of the spectrum, and giant steel monocoque professional divers on the other. Smack dab in the middle is this guy - an absolutely stunning silver dial Seamaster Cosmic 2000 from the 1970s. Found in near-NOS condition, this gentleman's watch is simply brilliant, featuring an exquisite multi-tiered dial with raised luminescent markers, day and date display, and an original matching bracelet.
This Cosmic is also perfectly sized at 37.5mm, making it the perfect watch for jeans and a t-shirt or more formal attire, and looks just as good on a leather strap as it does on steel. This is a no-brainer; simple, easy, and the perfect vintage watch. No need to say more!
Stainless steel case is approximately 37.5 mm (excluding crown). Omega Reference 2000
Overall condition: Case is in exceptional condition overall, showing virtually no wear or markings. Original dial and hands are near-new. Only second hand shows faint signs of oxidation hinting to its age. Original signed crown.
Includes original steel bracelet (#1171 with 677 end links) with signed Omega clasp.
