A perennial favorite and alternative to the ubiquitous Submariner, the GMT Master reference 1675 is a rapidly appreciating icon of the vintage Rolex scene. The red and blue rotating bezel and third GMT hand was originally developed for Pan-Am pilots in the 1950s traveling between timezones, and is just as functional as a traveler's watch today.
This brilliant example dates from 1967, and features an entirely original dial and handset, which have developed a fantastic even patina. This is a stunning piece, ready for another 45 years of daily wear!
Steel Oyster Case is approximately 40mm (excluding the crown). Rolex Reference 1675.
Overall condition: Case is in very good condition overall, has not been over-polished. Original matte dial is excellent, with a matching, even patina to the luminescent hour plots and hands. Bezel is in superb condition with sharp grooves. Original "Pepsi" bezel insert is in very good shape, with only a minor blemish to the 12:00 triangle. Original Rolex signed crown.
Includes brown distressed leather strap and two 20mm Nylon Straps by Crown & Buckle.
