Tudor Snowflake Submariner No-Date

You ask, we deliver!  We are proud to present this Tudor "Snowflake" Submariner "No-Date" Reference 7016/0 in all-original condition. 

Vintage Tudor Subs may just be the single hottest sports watch on the market, with collectors scrambling to get their hands on original, unmolested examples.  With increased popularity has come a rash of refurbished, modified, Frankensteined, and outright fake examples, making it difficult for enthusiasts to find the genuine article.  Of particular desirability are the non-date "Snowflake" models as offered here, an iconic diver if there ever was one.  A contemporary to the Rolex 5512/13 series, the Reference 7016/0 Tudor Submariner is the first model to be fitted with Snowflake style hands, and this example comes with a matte black dial and applied tritium markers, making it a powerful argument against going with the Rolex branded version.

With minimal signs of case polishing, this example has a fantastic even fade to the markers and hands, a virtually blemish-free dial with only very light discoloration and spotting, and its original "Fat Font" bezel insert (which is missing its "dot" as many are).  The case back does show some pretty nasty tool marks from a suspected shark attack (or perhaps just a watchmaker operating blindfolded in the dark in a hurricane on the rolling sea), but is of course hidden while worn.

Overall, this is a stunning early Snowflake with great patina and no questions as to its originality, which is becoming a true rarity in today's market.  Take our word for it, you will regret missing out on this one!
